Your Hospital, Clinic or Pharmacy Is Losing Money Right Now — And Your Staff Know It!
Pharmacy stock goes missing. Cashiers can’t reconcile. Staff arrive when they feel like it.
We build the AI-powered accountability, financial transparency, and operations systems that stop the bleeding — and give you full control from your phone.
For Nigerian Hospital Owners, Medical Directors, and Clinic Founders, who are done running their facility on trust alone.

If You Own a Hospital, Clinic or Pharmacy in Nigeria — This Is Your Reality Right Now.
- Drugs disappear from your pharmacy and nobody can account for them.
- Your cashier’s daily collections never quite match — and you can’t prove why.
- Staff come in late, leave early, and face zero real consequences.
- New hires figure things out on their own because there’s no onboarding process.
- Patients complain about reception chaos and quietly go to your competitor.

You can’t step away for even three days without the whole facility suffering.
This isn’t a staff problem. It’s a systems problem. And it’s completely fixable
Three Systems That Give Nigerian Healthcare Owners Full Control of Their Facility
Built specifically for hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. Implemented in 3 weeks. Every system includes a monthly protection plan, so your facility never slips back.

System 1 — Staff Accountability System
Know exactly who showed up, when they arrived, and how they performed — whether you’re in the building or on another continent
- Real-time attendance and punctuality tracking for all departments.
- GPS tracking for field and home-visit staff.
- Performance accountability rubric — measurable, not subjective.
- Structured onboarding so every new hire hits the ground running.
- Lifetime accountability framework so standards never slip.

System 2 — Financial Transparency System
See every naira that enters and leaves your facility — in real time, on your phone, with zero guesswork
- Zero-theft framework for pharmacy and cashier departments.
- Daily cash reconciliation so discrepancies are caught same-day.
- Standardized price list so patients and staff work from the same numbers.
- Automatic financial tracking and proper record keeping.
- Owner’s dashboard — your facility’s financial health, at a glance, every morning.

System 3 — Operations Control System
Your facility runs to your standard — not the standard of whoever happens to show up that day.
- Complete operations mapping for every department
- End-to-end process documentation — reception, pharmacy, cashier, clinical
- Performance indicators so you measure what actually matters
- Custom solutions for inventory, HR, onboarding and patient flow
- Owner’s dashboard — operational overview updated daily
- Full accountability and monitoring framework
What Changes When Your Healthcare Facility Has The Right Systems?
Your Team Runs Without You
Every department has a documented standard. Every staff member knows exactly what’s expected. You stop being the answer to every question.
Performance Goes Up
When staff know they’re being measured on clear, fair standards, performance improves naturally. No shouting. No drama. Just accountability.
Accountability Becomes Automatic
You stop managing by emotion and start managing by data. Attendance records, performance scores, daily reports — all in one place, all on your phone.
Theft Stops
When every naira is tracked, every drug is reconciled, and every cashier knows there’s a daily audit — theft becomes nearly impossible. Our clients have seen it stop completely within weeks.
Profit Improves
Efficient systems cut waste, increase output, and strengthen your bottom line.
You Can Actually Scale
Want to open a second location? Branch out into diagnostics? A facility with documented systems can expand without the owner rebuilding everything from scratch.
Your Business Becomes An Asset
A facility with systems is worth significantly more than one without. It’s fundable, transferable, and built to outlast its founder.
CASE STUDY
Real Nigerian Healthcare Facilities. Real Results

Clehanson Hospital & Maternity
Pharmacy · Reception · Cashier · Physician Departments
The hospital was experiencing internal theft in the pharmacy and cashier departments, chaotic patient flow, no staff onboarding process, and no documented way of running any department. Staff arrived and left at will.
We implemented a full 4-department system — Notion-based operations playbooks for each department, an attendance tracking software, a performance accountability rubric, and a WhatsApp Community communication system.
Result: Theft stopped completely. Attendance is now tracked in real time. The owner monitors all four departments from his phone daily.
Victory is a God-sent. Working with him opened my eyes to many things I previously avoided. Now I know what is happening in every department from my phone. I can see financial reports, I can plan, and I can monitor performance. It’s like a whole new chapter of my life has begun.
– Dr Albert, CMO Clehanson Hospital & Maternity

Clehanson Eye Clinic, Reception · Finance · Inventory
The clinic had no structured reception process, untracked finances, and inconsistent inventory management. The owner had no real visibility into daily operations.Reply
We implemented structured systems across all three departments and made a strategic recommendation to install cameras alongside the digital systems — giving the owner both data visibility and physical oversight.Reply
Result: Staff accountability improved immediately. Finances are now tracked and reconciled. The owner can see what’s happening on the ground without being there.
“The recommendation to install cameras alongside the systems was fantastic. I was able to see what was happening on the ground and hold my staff more accountable from the Netherlands. Thank you for your guidance.”
— Dr Divine, Director Clehanson Eye Clinic
Why We Built Achivic!
Most Nigerian healthcare owners face a problem nobody prepared them for.
You spent years becoming a doctor, a pharmacist, a specialist. You built or bought a facility because you wanted to serve patients and build something lasting.
But nobody taught you how to run a team, track a cashier, or stop a pharmacist from stealing. Nobody taught you that the biggest threat to your facility isn’t competition — it’s the chaos happening inside it every day.
We built Achivic Consulting because that gap is fixable. With the right systems — built specifically for Nigerian healthcare environments — your facility can run with the same accountability and structure as the best-run hospitals in the world.
Not someday. In three weeks

Built by Someone Who Has Been Inside Both Worlds
I’m Victory Achionye — Medical doctor, healthcare administrator, and AI systems builder.
I trained as a physician, completed a Master’s in Healthcare Administration at the University of Memphis, and spent years working inside US healthcare systems — including Baptist Memorial Hospital, one of the largest hospital networks in the Mid-South.
What I saw in high-functioning US healthcare facilities was this: systems are what make everything work. Not talent. Not hustle. Systems.
When I began working with Nigerian healthcare facilities, I saw brilliant doctors and dedicated owners running their facilities on trust, relationships, and prayers — with no real structure underneath. The result was theft, chaos, and burnout.
That’s the gap Achivic Consulting closes. I bring the operational discipline of world-class healthcare systems into Nigerian hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies — using modern AI-powered tools that make implementation fast and results measurable.
